ICEL-140
This co-extrusion laminating machine is specifically engineered for laminating plastic film materials with a maximum web width of 1330 mm. Leveraging extensive experience and technical studies, PT International Machinery has successfully developed a machine capable of high-performance packaging material lamination.
A. Machine torque and speed are driven by AC servo motors, enabling precise speed regulation alongside consistent and reliable tension control characteristics.
B. The system is designed to ensure stable tension control across the unwinding, coating, laminating, sandwich, and rewinding units throughout the entire process.
C. The rewinding unit is engineered to deliver stable product quality, remaining unaffected by changes in roll diameter or vibrations during the rewinding cycle.
